Herzog Wine Cellars, Pinot Noir Chalk Hill Special Edition 2023

We have been searching for over a year to find a worthy kosher pinot noir to put on the site.  Sonoma county in California makes the best fruit forward pinot noirs and this is no exception.

A full-bodied and bold dry red, this spent 11 months in both new and neutral oak barrels. With red and black fruits, baking spice, vanilla, cocoa and tannic structure, this will pair well with roast duck and spiced cherry sauce.
