Odem Mountain Forest 2023

Mostly Cab with some Syrah and Nebbiolo an unusual blend as you don’t see Nebbiolo in Israel often, however this works really well at an incredible value.   Dark cherry red towards purple, with on the nose strawberry and cassis jam, blackberry and cinnamon. Medium-bodied, this wine features ripe, juicy red fruits and plums along with hints of spices, candied cherries, medium acidity, with notes of raspberry jam and cinnamon on the medium finish.
